Complete restoration of a 1895 building in Montreal, Quebec, rebirthing a historical landmark at a coveted address into a contemporary two-level home for a refined, world-traveling client. The design vision features an eclectic and whimsical aesthetic, befitting the client’s rock-star personality and large collection of art. The client bought the building in 2014 as a pied-à-terre that would serve as a retreat. The house was completely reconstructed, from the roof to the exterior stonework. Also walls and moldings were restored to their original glory.
