The mandate was to reorganize the existing space, enlarge the bar, design the furniture for the lounge, reuse chairs, and create a friendly restaurant / bar. In addition, the intervention was to please an existing clientele, respond to the need to remain a central activity of the hotel and offering a place to receive large groups and events.
We have used natural elements as fire and trees to furnish the space. A bare tree keep the entrance and announce the upcoming story. We took care to preserved the historic cachet of the place while creating a timeless style between nature and urbanity, a unique restaurant that plays with the masculine and feminine notes within an atmosphere in faint halftone. Finally, the treatment of surfaces and lighting accentuates the signature of the restaurant. Views on the street, ergonomic seating and appropriate access allow to immerse yourself even more quickly in the atmosphere of the lieu.
